Ordered a simple salad and kid's grilled cheese at 5pm online, ETA was 6:15pm. I called at 6:20pm, food has not left. I called at 6:40pm, food has not left. I said cancel the order, girl hung up on me. Called again at 7pm. Food still has not left. Girl apologizes and first says order cannot be cancelled. Short hold later, owner has to cancel order. Very disappointing experience. Have never tried their food.. wouldn't order again. One star because I can't give none. First 2 phone service girls were terrible.
Gets worse every time!! If they aren't totally messing up my order they are forgetting sometime or the food is cold and overcooked to the point you can not reheat it! Today I called to redeem the credit I was given by the owner and I was told I would pay a $9 delivery charge. First of all the credit is my money I paid for a horribly dry over cooked pizza that showed up an hour and 20 minutes later to my address. BAD BUSINESS. THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE THE LAST TIME I GIVE THIS AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT A CHANCE. The people answering the phones have no personality and never pay attention to what you're saying. Its pretty bad when you have to repeat large pepperoni with extra cheese several times and then they lay the phone down when your still talking. First rule of thumb when running a business don't argue with your customers and always be polite. YOU FAILED ON SO MANY LEVELS.
It's tuff to give a 2 star because I love the food but the service isn't great. During football season I order every Sunday but problem was I had to stop having them deliver because they would always forget to bring something from my order. My last visit to the store to pickup my order took almost an hour, they said should be about 5 more minutes then after 20 minutes I was informed the ticket machine was unplugged so they never even started my food. When I finally got my food I get out to my truck to realize they forgot part of my order so I go back in to let them know and the young girl made it seem like I was bothering them and completely ignored me when I said thank you. Miserable and rude staff. They need proper training done in this place.
Hey man, I don't know what you guys did different tonight but that pizza was AMAZING! Last few times we ordered it was a little rough but tonight was on point! And the girl that answered the phone was much nicer too
Had the crab soup, came out steamy hot, which is a good thing. Made me much less crabby, which isn't easy. The sweet corn nuggets were tasty and hot from the kitchen. The burger almost made me make moaning noises, with the wad of bacon on top and whatnot. What I am trying to say is the food here is pretty fine. And I almost forgot to give credit to Tammy, my waitress for excellent service.
