We've been using English Sewage Services for years here at work. I've been here for 23 years and since my first day on the job, any time we had an issue with our toilets or septic system we called English. They're always a pleasure to deal with and genuinely want to help us and serve us. Their prices are good and I've always liked the servicemen that have come out to work on our problems. Today we had a young guy named 'Abe' out and he really was the best guy yet. He went above and beyond to help us diagnose the problem, was very nice and polite and he made sure that he left our facility cleaner than it was before he got here. It surprised me with how much he cared about cleaning up behind himself. Who wouldn't love that?!? Anyway, I highly recommend them! THANKS ABE! We appreciate it!
English Sewage was very easy to work with--communicative, punctual on delivery, and had great customer service--especially working with Cathy. My first worry about our desire for an outdoor wedding reception was, ”Oh no, my guests will have to use a gross port-a-potty and they will hate me for it!!” I did not want that guilt weighing on me, so I scoured the internet for a suitable trailer restroom with a clean interior at a price that would not break the bank. English Sewage ended up being a great choice and turns out they have worked with my venue before. I actually got compliments on the trailer--something I never thought I would hear as a compliment regarding my wedding reception! My guests (all 95 of them) liked the fact that it had an interior that felt like an indoor home bathroom, with wood paneling under the sinks, and home-like design & lighting. Most trailers look very industrial or corporate, and oftentimes there are chemical smells trying in vain to mask odors. I had none of those issues with the trailer I got from English Sewage, and they came with soap, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bins, so I did not need to worry about providing those things. I never in my life would have thought I would be sitting here writing a glowing review for a restroom trailer business, but here I am--and I would recommend them for any event!
