Chose her based on friends recommendations. Gave her a detailed descriptions and color photographs of what I wanted, and still she used the wrong color rose for my groom. Not the end of the world, but not what I paid for either.
Husband ordered an anniversary bouquet in a vase. The flowers were pretty and mostly fresh (a couple of roses lost their petals after 2 days) but they were arranged more like a funeral/sympathy arrangement - not rounded like a happy bouquet, but flat on back with all the tall green filler stuff at the back. If I put the vase on the dining table or on my desk, someone would be staring at the flat greens on the back and wondering why I had a funeral flower arrangement when no one died. Be sure to specify that you want a bouquet and not a funeral arrangement for your happy occasion.

I wanted a nice arrangement for my aunt without paying a fortune and was given descriptive suggestions. The staff was able to print out what I wanted to say exactly (even though it didn't fit on a card) and delivered a beautiful arrangement. It was as though I went to the shop personally and picked out what I wanted. I highly recommend this florist for any of your occasions.
