This store had the best customer service that anyone could ever ask for. The sales team was super helpful and full of knowledge. They helped me figure out what kind of phone was best for me and helped me fall in love with my new phone. I would definitely recommend this store for all your Verizon needs.
Rather than true problem resolution, staff seems trained to sell new products and contracts.
