Dishonest and careless service. Scratched the dash and top of the steering wheel in my new truck. Would not even come out and look at the vehicle, then the Service Director accused me of "scratching it myself with a screwdriver". Claimed the techs just use their hands to remove trim panels. BEWARE!!! Typical car dealer shysters!

The worst place ever!! Over the years we have been taking our car to be fixed for one problem only. Paid every time , picked up car and the same problem kept happening. The most recent was the last straw. If they didn't know how to fix the problem they should have just said so. They always told us they had the car out everyday to see if the problem happened while they were driving it, and each time they had the car it took them 7-14 days without a phone call. Most of the work orders list the same mileage coming out as it was going in. Such liars. I will never step foot in there again. I'm thinking of small claims court! This wouldn't let me post unless I gave it a Star. This place gets no stars from me!

We just had the best buying experience imaginable! We have been looking for a Ram 2500 for a while. Initially, we'd planned on purchasing a used vehicle with low mileage that hopefully had been well maintained. It turned out that we'd be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for an excellent price at Novick, and it doesn't end there. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Aside from signatures and becoming acquainted with the vehicle, there was nothing more to do. There were no awkward sales pitches, no surprise charges ... not one negative thing about the experience! We were treated as valuable customers the entire time by there extremely friendly staff - including the young lady who opened the door for us, the gentleman who prepared our registration documents, the finance manager, and of course, Scott Novick, who was beyond awesome. This is our first Dodge ... and it certainly won't be our last ... and we definitely will return to buy from Novick!
